For our Premium Receptionist plan, you will be required to complete a 3 - 5 minutes long questionnaire about your business and services / products you offer as our receptionist will answer your calls based on those information given on the questionnaire.

Other fees that may apply?

• A service fee of $1 will be charge for each local and std land line out bound calls you instruct us to make.
• For calls to mobile and overseas number, you will bear the actual call charges as per telephone service provider.
